Consumer protection for our EU and UK clients

In order to provide consumer protection for our clients in accordance with EU and UK regulations our company is registered with the Travel Trust Association (R9717) and is licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority and holds ATOL T7158.

Travel Trust Association R9717

• As a UK registered Tour Operator and member of the Travel Trust Association we act as the principal or organiser for "non-air holidays".  These are safaris including activities and/or accommodation but excluding flights.  Our membership number is R9717.

• These non-air holidays are protected in compliance with the EC directive on Package Holidays, published in the United Kingdom as "SI3288 The Package Holiday, Package Travel, Package Tour Regulations 1992".

ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licensing) T7158

• For "air holidays" ATOL is the only protection scheme offered by tour operators in the UK.  Our ATOL number is ATOL T7158.  ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
