Best time of the year

• May to August - rain is rare, days are normally clear, warm and sunny. 
• June and July are quite cold, April. 
• Early May and September/October tend to be dry but the days are cooler than in summer and the nights are warmer than in winter.
• Game at Chobe is consistent year round; photographic opportunities are excellent especially at dawn and dusk. 
• Best birding in the green season from mid October to April

Best Access

• Kasane on the Botswana border is our start and end point - let us take care of your connections from Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) or Livingstone (Zambia), or for that matter Johannesburg or Lusaka. 
• If you're coming off a safari in Maun we can take care of your transfers if we do the Maun portion of the safari. 

Tips and notes:

• The package price is based on a per person sharing rate and includes, 3 nights accommodation in a luxury river or safari room, nightly buffet dinner and daily English breakfast, with activities as described.
• Just ask if you need us to take care of your return road transfers from Victoria Falls Airport or Livingstone International Airport. 
• The following costs are specifically excluded from the price: domestic airfares and transfers before and after the package; all drinks, lunches, laundry, single supplements; any levies, taxes, surcharges and visa fees; bank charges, gratuities and purchases of a personal nature; any optional extras 
• Allow extra funds for lunches and drinks, which are not included in the price. 
• Victoria Falls town has interesting shops and markets - do not be persuaded to change cash on the streets and beware of pickpockets. Take the same sensible precautions that you would in any African tourist centre.
